Threshold Park: Waste as Nutrients
With Threshold Park, radicle imagines Albuquerque, NM’s wastewater treatment plant as a vital urban community park. In this design — which placed in the top 45 of 600+ entries in AECOM’s “Urban SOS” competition — the facility becomes a municipal example of effluent water utilized and celebrated as edible-crop irrigation and a source for recreation.
